No. Only thing that does is scale the Windows UI and font. Games have their own scaling render for their UI.

Use this website to figure out your DPI

https://www.designcompaniesranked.com/resources/is-this-retina/

- Windows Graphical System is based on 96 DPI, as a forward moving solution;
Legacy GDI used 10 point Font as calibrated 100% Text Scale towards a 96 DPI device, regardless of Display Diagonal size.
- Design displays around _24 DPI to get a _25% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around _48 DPI to get a _50% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around _72 DPI to get a _75% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around _96 DPI to get a 100% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around 120 DPI to get a 125% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around 144 DPI to get a 150% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around 168 DPI to get a 175% scaling of windows fonts
- Design displays around 192 DPI to get a 200% scaling of windows fonts
