I'm trying to figure out how to get through the deductible. If I have a $100 deductible and get a $200 procedure that has 100% benefit will I only have to pay $100?

What $200 procedure? I got got charged $100 just for Xrays once.

It was just an example. I need root planing and scaling for all 4 quads and it's about $140 per quad
