The treatment was experimental and funded by a vareity of sources but mostly white supremacist groups.

The treatment turns out to have a 99.75% success rate on all cancer patients and there is consideration to roll it out globally. However there is resistance from people who feel you can't use the treatment because doing so would be lying in bed with white supremacists due to its funding.

Also it turns out they used like ten thousand kidnapped homeless people as guinea pigs or something.

Would it be ethically acceptable to use the cure? Or due to it's despicable origins should it be rejected?

I think it's safe to assume a lot of what we have was created by racists. Maybe not modern stuff, at least you would hope not, but stuff that was being made 100 years ago.

It would be morally acceptable to steal the cure, because if white supremacists funded it they would do everything in their power to limit or prevent access to nonwhite populations.

When Abbott invented FreeStyle Libre they knew that 3 days after it entered public consumption all their competitors would have invented knockoffs.

Only thing is to have the logistics to mass produce and transport it. And with a cure for cancer that would not be hard to find

Unless they hold the sole patent and are making billions off of it, I dont see why anyone would take issue with this.
