I love the look of it, but yeah, I cant read a word of it myself.

I've made a lot of people awkward because of it. Like you, so many people come up and say things like, "wow, your handwriting looks great!," and then I ask them to read it, and tell them it can't be good if you can't read it. I hate my hand writing, but I'm so quick at it and like I said, I have zero issues reading it

Doctor handwriting. All the prescriptions at work look like this.

And it's for the same reason, I think. I am a horrible speller. Doctors can't spell those medications either. So over time I just adapt to my short hand

I just like how sharp it all looks. It looks like handwritten barbed wire.

Can we get a translation one of those so we have a base to try and decipher your tiny blip in a line writing style? R^~~~~ That was my attempt to write Please btw.

Same. Between my grip and the pressure on the paper, my hands cramp like hell if I write for any extended period of time. Also got that big ass callus on my middle finger just above the top joint.

I tend to write kind of hard, but I don't actually hold the pen/pencil very tightly.

For anyone that can't read or understand what I'm saying you are not alone. Most people that try to read what I write tend to think I looks great, but it always looks horrible. All girls seem to really like it, so they say

Because I can't spell and we had to hand write notes back when I was growing up, I just naturally created my own short hand. Wouldn't call. . Probably not a super power, just knowing myself

Point is that it isn't anything. It's memory, it's something only I can read like twin jargon talk. As I write I commit what I say to memory, and I just don't forget. Before I was even 7 I can still go back

The other one is just a bunch of boring work notes at a meeting

I have some sort of autism. The trick is that I just commit to memory very easily when I listen and move the pencil on the paper. I don't have a photographic memory, but for some reason I can almost always remember what my hand writing reads. I don't write like this in every day situations, but that's because nobody can read it but me. But all the stuff around my house, yeah, that's what it all looks like. However, I don't really write thing down that often either, lol

yes, I used to write notes / cheats for games and keep them in the case with the disc lol, this one is from The Sims: Bustin Out

Problem is you're seeing the handwriting of somebody who for a quarter of a century has been practicing writing with the wrong hand.

I'm a lefty, but I've never taken the time to learn to write left-handed after being taught to write right-handed as a kid.

Sometimes I write lines a little too close together, so I have to redo letters that should have a loop. That's why in the first pic the e on the end looks a little bolder.

And that it may not, but of the 3 people I know of that have left handed writing, none of them are that great. Christ one of the guys I work with makes his writing look like a kindergardeners.

EDIT: I'm left handed btw, I don't know if that makes a difference in neatness of writing, I feel it does a bit tbh

I think both of those are good! Theyre nice and clean. It looks like you gave up on all caps.

Thats odd....You should practice, Im sure it couldnt take all that long to get up to speed since its your dominant hand. Otherwise, maybe you could just try to become ambidextrous.

These both look pretty decent to me. Honestly, being legible to the average outsider is already like a 4/10 in my book. Some people just cant even bother with that.

No point really. I don't write very much anymore.

I used to go through a whole mechanical pencil in three days in high school (mostly because of the eraser) and I haven't gone through one since, and that's been 13 years.

Besides, writing left-handed has a lot of problems, like how you end up wearing most of your writing on your hand and smearing most of the rest of it across the page.

It was me, but I erased it as when I read it back it sounded a little mean which I didnt intend. Thank you for the explanation that is very interesting imo.

Yeah sorry, again I didnt intend for it to sound so doubting either. Honestly It reminds me of doctors hand writing which I often also cant read but a few words of. I was trying to joke around with my question, but again it just sounded mean, or doubting like you say and again that wasnt what I wanted so I erased it. Thank you again, and sorry for so much trouble.
