My notifications page is fucked up. It often gets into this state where I can't scroll all the way up to see the top notification. It's been happening constantly, all weekend.

To answer your question, yes, I've been getting that as well. Kill the app and reopen to fix, at least until it happens again.

Yep its been happening since yesterday. You have to completely close the app then open it back up but itll eventually happen again.
