As I'm 26 I can impart knowledge on to the young generations since I have a couple decades under my belt: Watch out for back pain and neck pain. That shit creeps up on you FAST and no one tells you it's coming. But when you're an old and decrepit man like me, something like this happens every couple months or years out of the blue. So let this be a warning, young zoomers: back and neck pain will come for you yet.

I 25 and my back starting to hurt like when I wake up on bed and go to toilet my back feel heavy and hurt.

Is it because I'm fat?

Maybe this is correct. I was an avid skateboarder in my younger years and I feel like shit pretty much every day.

More likely it's because doing stair sets fucked up my body, especially my knees.

I ran a lot in high school for track/cross country and my job has me doing a lot of physical restraint on patients, being 34 its taken this long for everything to start feeling sore often.

Cat stretch is a lifesaver so you know. Ive gone from barely moving in the morning to being quite limber by evening just doing that stretch throughout a day.
