I don't like things on my nose so it's very rare I wear sunglasses.

I've pretty much been wearing glasses for nearsightedness non-stop since 5th grade. I'm basically legally blind without them, and only take them off to sleep or shower.

That makes it kind of hard to wear sunglasses. Sure, I could buy a prescription pair, but I've always been too cheap to pay that much for glasses I won't wear all that often. And I never wanted the type that transition in sunlight because they tend to degrade over time, which can cause problems. And in theory I could buy those clip-on ones that fold down over your normal glasses, but almost all of those are kind of shit.

So I'm basically left only really able to wear the type that you wear over your normal glasses, that make you look like an old person who just had cataract surgery. And I actually bought a pair of those years ago, only to just sort of forget about them or not want to bother carrying them around whenever I went out, so I never really wore them anyway.

I feel like if I went to the beach regularly or went skiing or something where brightness was a constant issue I might be more inclined to wear them more often, but I generally loathe the sun and shun activities that involve it, so I don't really need sunglasses that much anyway.
