So a friend of mine from high school, who is a teacher, has been sharing a lot of safety stuff (masks, social distancing, etc...) for parents of children. Now this is important because not only does she have children of her own now, she lost a son a few years ago and the precautions she and her husband had to take to care for him were the same things people are supposed to be doing with Covid. She's pretty a-political and a sweet girl. And has gotten a lot of support from people across the political spectrum. And then a friend/co-worker/fellow mother of her's chimed in. And this is basically how it went. Friend: Hey everyone, these steps are easy to do and will greatly reduce the chances of spreading the virus! Piece of shit: Hey girl you know I love you but you need to know this is all a hoax! You need to do your research on this stuff! Friend: Well actually it is something we did with our son and it proved to be working while he was still with us. Piece of shit: Well girl that was years ago and you need to get over it. I had a miscarriage and it was just my body telling me it was my child's time to go. People die and it was just your son's time to go. SORRY MY OPINIONS AREN'T MAINSTREAM ENOUGH FOR YOU PEOPLE. So glad I don't live there anymore.
