A pair of young jerks is terrorizing Jewish men in Brooklyn by riding around on a Citi Bike and snatching their victims hats, police said Friday. The suspects were cruising on the bike with one pedaling and the other sitting on top of its front wheel cover while grabbing the hats off at least four men wearing traditional religious attire as they walked through Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant on Thursday, police said. All of the incidents happened along Bedford Avenue between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m., according to cops. Police captured one of the encounters on video and released the footage Friday.
