Do yall use real maple syrup usually when you eat pancakes and stuff?

Cause here in the US you can buy real maple syrup at most stores but most of the popular brands are just flavored corn syrup. Im wondering if its different in Canada though since maple trees are mostly a Canadian thing

My family used Aunt Jemima which I dont think is real? But we were a bunch of rednecks and half of us had arrest warrants.

I just use Aunt Jemima. Real syrup is expensive as shit.

Besides, syrup comes from eastern Canada. I live closer to Mexico than I do to Quebec.

I think maple syrup might be more of an eastern canada thing than a canada thing
