Is Pazeekah Hot?

21 y/o Pakeezah Zubairi from Florida achieved more in 2 years than most in their lifetime after getting her bachelor's masters and buying a HOUSE at 20 and is now starting her PHD!!

She finished high school in 18 months worth of university credits by taking after hours classes and tests so by the time she started her bachelor's in pyschology, she could skip half the course.

She completed her bachelor's at 19 and her MBA in Human Resource Management to become the youngest student to get an MBA at Lynn University just a few days before turning 20

Refusing to stop there, she worked full time and saved money to buy a HOUSE

She's a senior human resource specialist who said "I knew in high school i wanted to be as independent as soon as i could. I wanted to get out of my parents as soon as i could. So once i had my bachelor's i moved out and lived in student accomodation while completing my masters. It was tough moving out. I come form a very religious background and they stopped talking ot me when i left because they wanted me to be this good little Muslim girl, and that just wasn't for me. I wanted to be who i wanted to be and not this conservative muslim girl they wanted from me. I was saving money whereever i could. I never ate out. I didn't go out drinking nor spent a penny on designer clothes or gadgets or holidays. My boyfriend Steven was a massive help. He stayed up with me to study and pushed me to my limits. We saved 7500 to secure our mortgage within a year and bought a house. Now i want to keep going and get my PhD and finish as soon as i can. It was all worth it, i'm independent, working and studying all thanks to the hard work of my younger years"

Pakeezah says she did not support the conservative lifestyle her parents wanted her to believe in as she is pro-choice and pro-LGBT. She is more progressive and campaigned for then Presidential Candidate Andrew Yang..

She does plan to lie down after finishing her PhD where she then will start to have fun..

Kudos to her for achieving so much and so quickly. Some of my civil engineering friends "made it" in SoCal around their mid to late 20's with their own home and whatnot. I cannot say I have quite "made it" but I am still content with my current life.

That said, I do wonder what interest rate she got on that house. For one so young, what kind of credit history could she even have built up?

Yeah, that's bullshit, unless it's just referring to her getting a loan to buy a house which almost anybody with a heartbeat and a credit history can do. Working in HR isn't going to get you a house in 2 years.

So *she* didn't do it, it was her and her boyfriend. It's also a little curious that the article doesn't go into what he does.

At any rate, on top of a mountain of student debt, she has a mortgage. Other than that, good on her for getting a MBA, I guess, and trying to save money.

I only have the perspective of my sister and brother-in-law who had to put down a $20k down payment on a $700kish home in Los Angeles County. It is a decent size house but I am sure $700k in other parts of the county/state/country will go further.

In terms of getting a loan, assuming she is co-signing with her boyfriend, I can only assume her limited credit history could hurt them in getting a decent interest rate.

We saved 7500 to secure our mortgage within a year and bought a house.
Unless I missed it, TC does not mention where she and her boyfriend got their home. For something of that amount, what kind of house would they even have depending on location?

That's probably related to how she saved up money "working full time".

I'd like to know how much of that money "they" saved came from her. And how much rent she was paying out of her own pocket during that time. What's her boyfriend do?

If $7,500 was a decent down-payment on a house here, Id have five of them. Anything less than twenty percent here will get you a much higher interest rate, and housing is extremely expensive in most of anywhere youd want to live, and even some places you wouldnt. If the exchange rate wasnt so poor, Id buy in the US.

Off-topic but as potentially inspiring these and other similar stories might be to the right audience, I cannot help but feel these can also be potentially harmful as well. Sounds harsh but even though I agree it is great to inspire others to better themselves, one also need to be realistic with what is possible given an individual's circumstances. It is like there is a fine line between inspiring someone but also not being so pragmatic about it that you end up discouraging them. Kudos to those who can actually walk that fine line.

Very hot.

I do wonder how people can finish degrees so quickly. It has to be just as much luck in addition to hard work. You could easily end up with a PhD advisor who thinks 5 years is a minimum, a Bachelors program that limits you to 18 credits (7 semesters to graduate, so youd be required to go 3-4 years, depends on when your major classes are offered or if anything necessary is offered once a year and overlaps).

But looks like she got a BS in psychology which has courses offered all semesters commonly and even upper division over summer and is an easy degree to get. It looks like she basically just did some CE credits in high school (very common), then chose an easy degree with full semesters and then likely an easy Masters (business from not a top school). Probably was towards the youngest part of her high school class. If saving up $7500 is an accomplishment with an MBA...the MBA wasnt worth it.

Plus, it takes time to really transform yourself well into a mindset. Completing a degree in a year or two isnt enough to fully get into thinking like someone from that profession should think. My physics undergrad professors didnt want us to take more than 2-3 upper divisions at a time so we could fully absorb the material.

Good for her, she just sounds very organized more than anything. The PhD will probably hold her back, especially if she wants to relax.
