You should see the social experiment these Russians did in the US >_> They pretended to be diabetic and asked people at gas stations if they could buy them a lollipop or something to help with their blood sugar. A lot of people in the US helped out. In Russia they couldn't get two words out before they got laughed at or cussed out.

our country is weird. we donate more money to charity then any other first world country, yet the idea of government social programs makes a large percentage of the population scream bloody murder.
