All they did was deposit under 10k I believe monthly. IRS said they were structuring and took all the money in their account. They weren't convicted. It was just your money is mine now. Like I said in OP they said we weren't charged/arrested can we have our money back. This does not seem fair at all. I definitely think more people should be aware about the 10k rule. These people must have been in a unique instance where they were constantly depositing right under 10k but never over 10k (unintentionally) and it got flagged.
