She was sitting at the beach getting a TAN at Clear Lake State Park when the unattended state owned tractor came rolling down the hill and onto the beach and struck her Paramedics arrived quickly on scene but pronounced her dead at the scene The small utility tractor is normally used to clear brush according to Sheriff Kevin Pals At the time the tractor began rolling, its brakes were on as they had no idea how it got loose...
