What is average like I consider myself at 6 foot 4 inches 235 pounds of pure lean muscle to be average and I don't mean to brag but four of me could take down any one person my spinning heel kick is legendary. Can you imagine 4 of me being the totally average dude that I am doing 4 simultaneous legendary spinning heel kicks that all connect on the cranium in unison nothing would survive it would be devastating.

Assuming "average" would be like 5'10" 180lbs and have at least basic fighting skill. There is no way he could handle 4 of them at once. The numbers game is a hard thing to overcome to even a pro.

I think that Floyd would probably lose but I don't think it's as clear cut of a "no chance" as others seem to. An "average dude" is not going to hit as hard as Floyd is used to being hit and also isn't likely to take more than a few solid hits from a pro boxer fighting for his life, so unless the guys all move as one and do a coordinated takedown where they get him to the ground right away and they're all pinning limbs, he would probably only need a few second window in order to put somebody out of the fight.

Unless they get the jump on him, Mayweather would knock two of them out of the fight by causing them to sob hysterically right away with a punch each and cause the other two to run away like cowards.

The average dude is worthless in a fight versus a trained professional, doesn't know how to really hit, and doesn't appreciate how fucking heavy a hit from a trained fighter can be, even from a finesse fighter like Mayweather.

Mayweather is 5'8 150. Average male height in america is about 5'9. Average weight for that height is about 144 - 176 lbs. Do I think 4 5'9 guys that weight about 160 could take Mayweather if they all attacked at once? Yeah.

there was also a case of a champion mma fighter struggling to control a meth head who broke into his home. just one dude.

If they have time to come up with a plan, the 4 guys will win,two rush him from the front and 2 rush from the back and he's done for. If they meet in the street and are unsure a fight is going to go down, a trained boxer can probably knock out two of them with sucker punches and the other 2 will be in a fight/flight mode and be taken out as they waver.

Mayweather will just 1HKO each dude probably

If we're talking normal human emotions, possibly Mayweather. The guys would be wary/scared of him, so he could much more likely create a scenario where he could win. If we're talking the four dudes bumrush him without a second thought for their own safety, the guys probably get him to the ground pretty quick. I'd say at least one is leaving with a broken jaw though.

Four average sized dudes would win if they planned it out. Otherwise Mayweather knocks each one out in one punch as they approach.

Depends on the circumstances. If it's just 4 guys with no fighting experience or training who got into argument at a bar or something and decided to start some shit, he'd have a decent chance. If 4 dudes who know how to fight jumped him, he has a much less decent chance
