there is the link to the body cam footage they released. Watch at your own risk. you could tell he was scared and confused. had his arms up, afraid to make any move at all. Only got in his car after a gun shot from the cops, tried to flee for his life...Poor guy did nothing and is dead now.

In my head as a black man im saying "My dude just lay down its not worth dying over" but i think at the same time that doesnt even guarantee safety.

It scares me to know that things like that can happen to me any time too.

that was after a shot already was fired. I would say getting in your car to flee after someone shoots something at you qualifies being scared.

I was surprised APD put this out there the other day because it certainly makes them look worse than the original reporting of the story. Bad situation all around, pretty much everyone fucked up.
