I saw documentary on something like this where the daughter was filiming her 76 year old dads relationship with a 23 year old girl from the philippines. you know general stuff about getting to know her before the wedding, how they met, what the relationship dynamic was like, why this is working for them etc. anyways they end up getting married in hong kong and when they were doing the papers there this twist and the whole tone/theme of the documentary changes where the daughter discovers the girls real age after just happening to look over at her passport. she ended up being 17 years old and like half a year younger than his grandaughter. apparently they were in a relationship for a few years too now. and that the reason why they were so admant about getting married in hongkong was because they had some age loop hole shit over thee.

Yeah if you are a white dude you are basically like some sort of king entity when you go over there and the locals see them as a ticket to get out of poverty. the documentary shows how because of the dynamic both the locals can take advantage of the white dudes and white dudes take advatange of the locals. how most of the white dudes are pretty poor/average wherever they come from but because of the exchange rate can project a different sort of lifestyle when they go over there to impress the locals.. always dangling bringing them over to the west in front of them.
