Without context sure, but they are vastly different in context.

Obama is saying that companies benefit from public infrastructure and therefore should help bear the burden in supporting those things, primarily through various forms of taxation.

Trump is claiming that since the value derived is based public infrastructure that America deserves some stake in in the sale of it, as if America had an ownership stake.
