Considering cities aren't designed for mobs, the answer is probably "no one"

In general, city centers are kind of a mess where bathrooms are concerned because you typically don't have many public restrooms (which is one reason why places like Starbucks try to limit their bathroom use to customers... although SBUX caved to public pressure after those two guys refused to leave after being denied a bathroom key, had the cops called on them, refused to leave when the cops once again told them to, and then resisted arrest; while those guys were completely in the wrong, it led to a useful policy change following outrage from racist SJWs who wouldn't have given a shit in the men were white)

We arent Current Events. We go hour stretches at a time with very little to no activity here.

And hours with over 20 posts in separate topics. It's hardly a slow-moving board, even if it's not CE speed. And most Gamefaqs boards look slow compared to CE.

Was going to one of those run type events and knew it was going to be a long line because its a one road in and out kind of deal. So I got there an hour earlier than last time and still had to wait in a huge car line. What turned out to be about a quarter of the way is where the early onsets of the urge to pee began.

By half way I was contemplating what I could use in my car but people were already walking by leaving their drivers to wait and park.

Maybe 10 minutes to an eternity later there was no way the small water bottle or any earthy vessel could contain the biblical flood building.

30 minutes in. How absorbent is this towel really? No you must persevere .

45 minutes. The line leads to field parking. My bladder is sore. I'm biting my cheek to give my mind something else to focus on.

1 hour in. Holy shit is this a field or the untamed jungle safari trail. I'm more acutely aware of every pit and crevice with the acumen of a team of the most seasoned surveyors.

Time unknown: I have finally parked. I'm not sure exactly where the entrance to the event is but a crowd seems to be walking aimlessly around a chain link fence. I'm not sure if I'm even going to make it. Its do or die. I get up, and just move. Fate, the will to move forward are the only things guiding me.

I pretty much just do that assassins creed shuffle through the crowd. I was probably moving at least double its speed. Finally signs of civilization. Some ticket booth style structures but no rest area. I press on. Finally past the registration tents and a bunch of other bullshit tents, a quarter field away, a beacon of hope. A long row of booths glowing in their blue heavenly aura. I scamper the final stretch.

Finally I jump in the first available one and fumble with the latch and my fly. I'm not entirely sure if it really happened but I'm pretty sure my soul left its body and I discovered a more powerful jet propulsion than previously seen by man. I brace my foot against one wall and my back against something else to steady my balance.

Epilogue: I exit. The ambiance is serene. I feel lighter and stronger than before. I must have rpg leveled up. My compatriot catches up with me.

I think this topic was about portapottys or something but I guess it triggered some ptsd I though I had buried and forgotten.
