It's dated "Friday Morning" the return address is just "Melania Trump". The check is paid to the order of the RNC for $45 for Donald Trump's campaign, and it's signed "Melania Trump" and they're asking for my credit card info, and to "match 45 for 45" I think it's a phishing scam. Also the letter says I'm a bad person? Uh... thanks "Melania"?

The RNC has billionaire backers but they really need your $45 and charge it so you pay interest to their billionaire backers.
