Cuba hires some Canadia company years ago to look for sunken ships around Cuba. Instead, they find a trench that is over 2,000 feet deep. The thumbnail shows what appears to be a sunken city with pyramids at the bottom of that trench. Image was obtained via sonar equipment and other technology.

One idea for why they could be keeping it under wraps is that maybe something about the city goes against what everyone is taught about history. Maybe it proves human civilization is older than we think. They probably are checking it out just not telling us what they learned

A working theory is that there are actually many Atlantis cities and Atlantis may have spanned the entire globe. Underwater cities have also been found off the coasts of Japan, India, and even Egypt.

There is rumored to be one off the coast of California as well.

Life isn't a Dan Brown novel. >_> We've found evidence before that humans are much older than we thought. If anything, finding semi-preserved ruins of a civilization that significantly predates all known history would probably be the hottest story of the year.

The most likely scenarios are probably the most boring ones. They're afraid of investigating further without compromising the site or the environment. Investigating it would be too expensive at this current time. Investigating it is tied up in politics and red tape and it's difficult to secure permission. Or they found some non-Euclydian monoliths and noped the fucked out. All equally possible.

Also, with the exception of the Cuban underwater city, the the other three underwater cities were found at a depth of about 300 feet, which means they are on the continental shelf.

The great flood/deluge is said to have increased sea levels by 400 feet, meaning those three cities would have been above ground before the flood.

The Cuban site is believed to be much further down due to massive tectonic earthquake activity.

It doesnt explain ley lines much except to say that they definitely influenced where and why these megalithic structures were built in the first place and why giant stones from hundreds and sometimes thousands of miles away were transported to these sites to build these structure. The actual discussion of the ley lines only takes up a few minutes at the end.

if anything it looks like they stopped caring about it - not a cover-up - because so much of it was based off of filling in blanks.
