I don't mean denying your emotions. You need to acknowledge those.

I mean utilizing a strategy, such as the double column technique, to combat your automatic thoughts with rational responses.

I've been able to figure out with fallacies I dive into, forgot what techniques I used but mainly DBT/CBT stuff. Took years but I'm there now.

I got appointments every 2 weeks, but I'm rapid cycling and this is happening between sessions. Still helps
