Just saw the halftime score. Clemson blowing out Notre Dame after it took 2OT to beat Clemson's backups was super predictable.

I haven't watched a game this season and even I know Notre Dame is a perennially over ranked team that has no business being with the big dogs. They need to stay independent to avoid total irrelevancy.

It looks like Kelly won't have to worry about the Rose Bowl after all~.

Notre Dame is actually very good this year and if you were watching this game, you would see that Notre Dame was actually outplaying Clemson in base form. However, Clemson is playing perfect on the home run plays. It should have been 6-0 before they missed a like 18 yard field goal and then Lawrence had that perfect throw for a TD.

Thatis not the kind of game you expect a #1 team to play. It wasn't really Trevor playing that was the difference, but the defense actually showing up this time. Trevor clearly helped though.

Also that Volunteers QB(Guarantano or something) entered the transfer portal.

I commend him for sticking with this program through some really rough years, and he took one heck of a beating behind some bad offensive lines. Hopefully he can enjoy some success somewhere else.

I said in the first quarter notre dame was dominating the field on basic plays. Clemson hit a few home run plays. Then notre dame folded like a cheap suit.

On a neutral field with Lawrence playing they got blown out.

Definitely could see ND dropping to 5th and Texas A&M sneaking in now thanks to SEC. Bama, Clemson, Ohio St are locks.

The thing is that even despite circumstances, Notre Dame still has a win over the #2 team in the country also that Texas A and M doesn't
