You know, its seriously annoying dealing with people. I've got over 600 "friends" on fb, I post nothing but positive things, I have a more entertaining lifestyle than almost everyone on my list, I am actively trying to do things and get to know people, I make live videos where I interact with my list every week, yet when it comes to something I legit want to do and could use company, even when half these folks don't have jobs or anything to do for that matter, they simply don't want to do things with me because it's "me". Nevermind I contribute actual positivity and motivate people to do better for themselves, doesn't matter I've posted logs of my depression from a self help app that dates back almost 2 years and discuss mental health topics, I've been posting missing children reports since the beginning of this year, now everyone is like #savethechildren.

You know, I hate on folks who floss their lifestyle like "check out my nice car, check out my 10k watch, my $500 shoes, my hot girlfriend etc" but I'm beginning to understand why these people tend to kill themselves so easily. If I were even half as successful as this, I would be even more upset at how people treat me. I know if I made a post giving away cash I'd get someone who would gladly take it, or if I was giving away my car, goes to show how much these people really care about you.

At least on this website, it's a bunch of strangers, so it's not bad when your topic or posts go ignored cuz you don't really know one another, but when it's your friends with 60+ mutual friends and you see them posting stupid memes about smoking weed, their awful ex, tekashi 69 or whatever stupid crap they post, it hurts man.

Or you see girls posting the same selfie, with a bunch of filters, looking like a raccoon because they've got so much eye liner on and their stupid pic gets 80+ likes and 50 comments calling them beautiful.

End rant. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest.

people are lame. i prefer to be alone. it's considerably easier, as a convenience.

Yes, I make like one "I have plans to go to blank, of anyone wants to come message me" post every week. Most folks I talk to regularly just pretend like they are busy as to not appear like total duds. I asked my next door neighbor for instance who loves walking if he wanted to go hiking at a local reserve, he says he's too busy with work, like dog I live right next to you and you do Uber and your car is sitting at your house all day long... You seem to only have to work when I find something fun to do.

It's strange because I had to say something similar recently but those aren't friends. You're managing a popularity list so it shouldn't surprise you. If you want friends, this isn't how you go about it because you'll mostly be attracting followers. People who want cheap thrills, not human connection. Of course they don't want to go on a walk with you. They might like to watch you do it though. From the comfort of their own home. But this is all on you, people are just going to be people.

It is easier to be alone but it's nice to have some companionship. I see all these guys post "just remember I'd rather listen to whatever is on your mind than listen to your eulogy." then I keep scrolling my timeline, these the same folks who brag about ignoring dudes over messenger... Seriously, what is wrong is wrong with people.
