Good.
I dislike 99.9% of Trump's policies, but he's done a good job w/ Israel overall. I agreed w/ him finally moving the embassy to Jerusalem, and all the hysteria about the violence and carnage it would unleash...petered out almost immediately. This was also good.
Jordan is basically a model of what Palestinians should strive for, instead of electing Hamas and pissing away their billions of dollars in aid trying to smuggle in rockets to attack Israel with.
Looks like UAE will also be going the Jordan route.
Not sure how much credit Trump/Kushner specifically deserve. Israel and UAE haven't been particularly hostile for a long time and this treaty mostly feels like a formality at this point. Likewise w/ the other nations mentioned to be "coming soon". But they helped, and didn't muck anything up at least. The rabid anti-Israel faction taking control of the Democrats makes me wonder if they could've managed something so simple as just...not messing up decades of gradual diplomatic thawing between two countries. So kudos to them for that.

1.that deal isn't just any deal but specifically a PEACE deal.
2.the deal involves two countries, not one.
3.those countries have been enemies for many decades
4.said deal will make those countries enemies no more
5.those 2 countries are in the middle east

all these points, when put together, mean bringing peace to the middle east, yes.

It's funny how when anything bad happens it's him personally doing a massive war crime, but when it's a good thing, it's an arbitrary, isolated incident done by the government at large basically autonomously.

In all seriousness though when it comes to the Middle East it's best not to hold your breath until everything is finalised, there's a lot that could go wrong between now and the peace deal happening. It's a step in the right direction, just hope it continues that way.

This is clearly a good thing, but to paint it as the lofty achievement of "bringing peace to the Middle East" is dramatically exaggerating how good it is, and attributing it entirely to Trump isn't remotely accurate.

The cynic in me thinks this could lead to an Israel-Arab coalition to wage war against Iran and the Shia muslims.
