Ok so I remember very little about it. I saw it ages ago, it's probably from the 80's and the only scene I remember is this guy, or zombie, is walking on the street and he's like decaying or something. At some point he presses his face against the window of a parked car and when he pulls away, his eyeballs remain stuck to the window. That's it, that's all I have :\

First thing I thought of was Day of the Dead, just because IIRC the opening scene is zombies walking down a destroyed street. But I doubt that's it.
