If I misspell a word and hit space, it will autocorrect the word. This is still normal.
Before, if I hit backspace, it would undo the autocorrect. Now, for some reason, it won't undo the autocorrect, and will just backspace "normally". I hate this. It makes it very difficult to undo autocorrect edits when I want to spell something a specific way. I have a Pixel 3 and use Gboard. Nothing in the settings seem to suggest any way to change this back. Has anyone else had this dumb issue? --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Tim!!! I dont know the solution to this but I've had this issue on a samsung phone as well at one point.
