Taking this further with the original OP, they did provide the alternative service which is the drive-thru where you can feasibly not wear a mask and still get your stuff with minimal contact with others. The fatal flaw of the argument is the motorcycle bit: owning a motorcycle is not a disability nor is it assistive technology and because of those, it cannot be considered as a necessity for accessibility accommodation. This person will need to procure a vehicle that is able to utilize the drive-thru or find another business that accommodates motorcycles (viva la free market). --- We're surrounding you. Walmart has signs stating they're following the mandate. 30% of the customers and maybe 90% of the staff are wearing masks correctly. i literally followed a guy in last week who took a disposable out of his back pocket, pretend to put it on while walking past the outside employee, and then put it back in his pocket as soon as he was inside the first door.
