KookyCouture 08/30/20 7:02:51 AM #4:	Not sure how to explain this, but what I do is let my mind come up with images, as in I don't think about what to imagine I just keep my eyes closed and let my mind cycle through whatever images it comes up with, don't focus on any one of them or think about them, I just let them come and go - I dunno if it works for anyone else but when I do this I fall asleep more quickly than if I'm actively imagining things --- Drink up me hearties, yo ho <cite>KookyCouture posted [p:943995467] in I can't sl...
