I admit it took me a long time of seeing friends struggle to get dates and hearing some of the unsolicited comments made about their appearance to realize how bad it is. Oh absolutely, when a guy flips out like that, and the first thing he says is an irrelevant statement about getting turned down by women due to his height, you can tell he's suffering a lot. It's such an awkward situation it is pretty comical but the truth is it's really screwed up, I couldn't imagine what it's like to get turned down by woman because of something I literally cannot control that is also a very obvious quality about me. It absolutely sucks for that guy, he's not even a little person, he's just short, so he doesn't get that unspoken respect from folks, he's just looked at as a chump basically.
