Dragging it on for an indefinite period of time would've been terrible. now, they can do a bunch of random silly stuff in future seasons and i won't feel like i'm being jerked around It wasn't perfect apparently if you're ~~invincible to bullets and laser beams, your weakness is that you can still just get poked in the eye~~ secondly, did the boys/billy butcher ~~get some kind of public pardon or something? they can just apply for normal jobs all of a sudden?~~ it kinda felt like the two main villains were defeated too easily. on reflection, they've set stormfront up to be a pretty good darth vader. the only part of the ending i really didn't buy was homelander completely giving up on his life and ambitions in about 2 and a half seconds. now that maeve apparently has complete control over him i'm sad that he won't be able to do any funny stuff in season 3 what are Kimiko's ~~super powers again? At first I thought it was super strength, but is she X-23? I thought her neck was clearly snapped during that fight scene but she was totally fine~~ Also, the real-world parallels got pretty heavy handed this season. not complaining at all, was just surprised/observing it --- You did indeed stab me in the back. Overall I liked season 2 but I think the first half was a little too meandering compared to Season 1.
