My WO3U is out in delivery right now, but I have no idea when they deliver the mail here. I live in an apartment and the mail thing is kind of far to just keep checking every few mins.

No they cant. Thats quite illegal. Doorbell cameras getting common. Depending on how big your front yard is and if you have your own mailbox you can get them to pick up the mail guy too down by the road.
