growing up I never really liked that spicy of food but all the sudden I have been wanting hotter and hotter stuff.

Not me. My dad let me eat a jalapeo as a kid once. I thought it was a pickle. He said the face I made was priceless. After that, he tried to sneak jalapeos into everything I ate to make me make that face again. But I was apparently very smart and always found it.

I didn't used to care much for spicy stuff, but I've been eating more of it lately. Now I regularly use Valentina, Tapatio, and Cholula, I love Nong Shim Shin Ramyun, and I bought some creamy hatch pepper and garlic hot sauce on clearance and it was the best thing ever and now I can't find it anywhere.

I've always liked spice and heat. Not so much that I can't taste the food I'm eating though. Cheese and Jalapeo have become one of my favourite combinations.
