They are putting themselves on the line for this country 19.05% (8 votes) 8 American Airlines, the largest airline in the US is facing backlash from Conservatives after they allowed it's cabin crew to wear Black Lives Matter pins on their UNIFORMS and have claimed they will now BOYCOTT the airline!! It's even run fierce opposition among some STAFF who are saying they are DISGUSTED by the move claiming the BLM movement is divisive, and promotes violence and is anti-police and anti-America!! The airline wrote "CLearly we live in at ime where it is so important to have dialogue about this important issue of racism in our society and try to find common ground. American is truly committed to having an inclusive culture that is welcoming to all and a reflection of our country and world. This is wy American is so committed to creating a more tolerant and iverse team. Through our partnership with American's office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, we are continuing to work through an overall plan for addressing these issues in our workplace" The pins are designed by the company's Black Professional Network that is introduced as a symbolic way of showing support. But a veteran flight attendant was outraged writing "I take offense to this. Serious offense. My husband is a LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) as was my deceased father and as far as i'm concerned. ALL LIVES MATTER. I am completely disgusted at teh fact that we can't show supprot for our GOD, our COUNTRY, our LEO's but when it comes to BLM organization, American Airlines says that's obviously differnt. And we cnan. How is that right? Well i don't feel included. Some of these people killed were BAD people anyway and we're crying for them why? Just because they're black? Bad Black people exist or do they not see that? They will have to face our lord and saviour for their crimes" A second told Fox News they vowed to start wearing a badge to support Trump on duty.
