Reading through what he's claiming to make per month, that seems like a legally reasonable number. I don't really care about Darby Allin at all, but Ricky Starks might be my most anticipated thing every week. He always delivers. His commentary on Dark has been fun too. Brandi is awful and acts like a heel except for when she wants to be a babyface I guess it's fucking obnoxious and we were supposed to believe the entirety of the Dark Order would get knocked over by a 100 pound woman jumping on them barf. Cody had a knockout promo. Good on him. Britt Baker was hitting the gym. She gained more muscle and physically looked great. Good showcase for her. FTR vs. SCU was really fun, but... man. FTR is just missing something right now and I can't place it. All of the people I thought had Covid, I feel like I was trolled with. Cage didn't have it, Butcher didn't have it, Wardlow didn't have it. I'm guessing it wasn't as bad for AEW as previously thought. I'd rather be watching anybody else but Luther with exception of Brandi, who continues to be the worst thing on AEW somehow. But regarding FTR, I don't think it's fair to say they've never been good. Their NXT library alone proves they have something special. But their AEW run has been anything but special, and I seriously think they need to shift gears away from them. The idea of Young Bucks vs. FTR now is entirely too muddled and they put it off for too long now, especially with FTR getting diminishing returns in their matches. With as many tag teams in AEW, FTR being at top and apparently running roughshod until the Bucks face off against them just isn't appealing to me. Like I'd rather watch: SCU Uno & Grayson Reynolds & Silver Butcher & Blade Lucha Bros Private Party Best Friends Santana & Ortiz TH2 Jurassic Express Like these guys could be having a fun program right now with the titles while FTR is just like "We're the best and we don't like you other tag teams" which... okay? Fine? But that's 10 tag teams on your roster who I feel are more entertaining right now that FTR and their entire act, even with Tully involved. --- I stream sometimes.
