This rivalry was created by MGM for the show we all know as Tom & Jerry. Tom (Thomas, as called by his owner) is a blue-colored cat that usually tries to catch Jerry, a brown-colored mouse, but almost always failing, mostly because it ends up being outsmarted by Jerry himself. The show was such a hit that it eventually had many reinterpretations and adaptations (much of which are not even close to being as good as the original episodes). I always hated Jerry as a kid since Tom could never fulfill his desire by capturing and maybe even eating Jerry, but as I grew up I managed to see how their relationship extends beyond merely animalistic approaches, and is, instead, often portrayed as a love-hate relationship where both of them just try to have a good time despite everything. Advokaiser Golden State Warriors vs. Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA Teams) The CavaliersWarriors rivalry is a National Basketball Association (NBA) rivalry between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. While the two teams have played each other since the Cavaliers joined the league in 1970, their rivalry began to develop in the 201415 season, when they met in the first of four consecutive NBA Finals, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to the streak beginning, no pair of teams had faced each other in more than two consecutive Finals. Wikipedia MATCH 2: Scrooge McDuck vs. Flimheart Glomgold (Ducktales) Flintheart Glomgold is a fictional character in Disney comic books, created by Carl Barks in 1956. He is a South African Pekin Duck and the archenemy of Scrooge McDuck, usually portrayed as an ambitious, ruthless, and manipulative businessman who shares many of the same qualities as Scroogethe drive for massive wealth, and the cunning and creativity to obtain the samebut he lacks any of Scrooge's tendencies towards generosity and compassion. In Don Rosa's The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, he is said to be a Boer. Glomgold is one of Scrooge's main rivals along with the Beagle Boys, Magica De Spell, and John D. Rockerduck, and also holds the title of being the "Second Richest Duck in the World" while Scrooge is the richest. His appearance is deliberately similar to that of Scrooge, but he is usually drawn with a full beard and sideburns as opposed to simple side-whiskers, black or purple frock coat instead of Scrooge's red or blue one, and a dark tam o'shanter instead of Scrooge's top hat. Wikipedia Lysithea vs. Death Knight (Fire Emblem: Three Houses) Lysithea is a playable character in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. She is a student at the Officers Academy who is from the Leicester Alliance and is a member of the Golden Deer. She possesses both a Minor Crest of Charon and a Major Crest of Gloucester. The Death Knight is a character-exclusive Class that first appears in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It is the unique class of a character whose true identity is hidden. Fire Emblem Wiki Okay, so Ive been investigating on the matter, and this rivalry is quite hilarious. Basically, if Im not mistaken, Death Knight is a powerful foe that cannot be killed by multiple warriors, or classes Except by Lysithea, who can one-hit-kill him if the two meet up. This has spawned several memes involving images where Lysithea casually goes after Death Knight, with the latter running away to save his life. We have gold right here, folks!
