Complete (with at least the ball if not also the box) they range from $15-25, just the card seems to range $5-10 They were marketed as a collectible, but they were released in too great supply -- and for too cheap -- to actually be rare. I think it would technically fall under spamming. 3._Spamming Unsolicited commercial or personal advertising of any type is not permitted on GameFAQs. This includes promoting video channels, offering items for sale, and asking for donations of promotional codes, money, or premium in-game items. Offering trades of freely obtained in-game items or assets is generally allowed, although it may be restricted to a specific area on the site reserved for that game (a "trading board").
