Is it artificial, generated noise? Or is it crowdsourced (heh) from fans over the internet? It feels like there's a definite delay between the action on the field and the crowd noise.

If it's in Seattle, their stadium has weird acoustics. It caused some controversy a few years ago.

Its in Atlanta and the stadium had no fans in attendance. Any crowd noise you hear is being piped in by the production team.

I mean, you're watching...there are no fans in the crowd lol. Yes, they're piping in crowd noise for normality on the field and for the viewing experience.

I assume they have some kind of soundboard to distinguish plays and stuff like adding cheers and boos.
