Aprox 5 cups of selected cheeses (I'm going with aged cheddar, red wax gouda, and a peppered fontina) 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk 1 1/4 whole milk 2 tbsp sour cream 1/4 cup unsalted butter preferred seasonings (I went with black pepper, paprika, garlic salt, ground mustard, and red pepper flakes) <cite>IronBornCorps posted [p:944601598] in I'm thinki...
