Simpsons - hilariously funny and pretty clever. What more can I say?

XFiles - lots of really good episodes, and most seasons had at least a few incredibly episodes. The banter works very well, the characters are well drawn, and there's absolutely tons of subject matter covered, from vampires to aliens.

The West Wing - very clever, and extremely entertaining. It's not just how much fun it is to watch, though...it seriously influenced my worldviews, taught me some pretty big words, and educated me about various references, how politics works, and American history.

Voyager - excellent science fiction series, with a great balance between character development and plot.

Babylon 5 - groundbreaking TV. Had lots of good qualities, such as the politics, religion, characters, plot and massive space battles, but the way it pushed TV forward was essentially the arc storytelling and use of CGI. Brilliant series.

Lost - very entertaining on several levels, and amazing production qualities for TV, but the way it really excelled was the mythology. Compelling.

Studio 60 - similar to The West Wing, although not as good. Very entertaining, however, and even smarter than The West Wing, if that's possible.

Friends - excellent for humour and general entertainment, with some zeitgeistal elements thrown in. Slightly lightweight, but that's forgivable.

The Newsroom - cleverly put together, with an emphasis on sharp and witty dialogue, and very entertaining.

Deep Space Nine - the first Trek series to really put character development front and centre, which turned out really well, but that's not to say it didn't have good plots, excellent production values and huge space battles, because it did.

All excellent, if not incredible, TV series. So much enjoyable from watching them. Very rewatchable, too. Have you seen many of these? What are your thoughts on what I've said? Agree? Disagree? Think my interpretations are wrong?

You should watch Battlestar Galactica, and if you have you should you should add it to your otherwise all have to assume you're just trolling.
