Its not like he drinks a lot, just a shot or two most nights. I would say hes a daily drinker, not a problem drinker.

But Ill go into his room in the morning when I visit, and the air just smells... weird. Bad weird. I dont know what to do or what to say to him, since all I have is some google searches for this symptom.

But its REALLY bad. I feel like a doctor wouldve caught this in any normal visit.

my liver disease has nothing to do with alcoholic cirrhosis so i got nothing, but i can say that having a damaged liver is not something i'd wish on my worst enemy.

i don't really understand what you mean by the room smelling bad, i'm also not sure how a shot or two a day would cause enough damage to the liver to actually damage it
