I have very very creaky knees (no pain) so I brought this up to my Primary physician today. Apparently my kneecap slides around a bit, because my quads arent strong enough to hold it in place. He says I should focus on them even more to prevent any issues in the future.(I assume my knee cap will just pop out of my body within the new few years otherwise
