It's a story that has been going around right wing circles. I've seen many people post this in the comments sections claiming this entire story is some great media hoax and no one is talking about the real Breonna Taylor.

I certainly don't believe this story for a second until I see major publications reporting on it, but the right wing chuds are out there sharing it.

Blatant misinformation is their only real card here.

Calling Kenneth Walker a CRIMINAL and a THUG for firing at strangers entering their apartment is fucking rich.

Know the facts as he spreads misinformation is great too. Great as in fucking terrible and Charlie Kirk deserves prison time.

We are still waiting for the results of the FBI investigation into the warrant and whether it was justified, so we don't officially know the extent at which Breonna was involved w/ Jamarcus Glover's drug ring.

Also I don't think there is anything pointing to Kenneth Walker being a "criminal thug," everything I have seen Walker had no idea who was breaking in, wasn't an illegal gun, not linked to the drug ring at all, etc.

I didn't really hear anything else wrong though.

If Breonna Taylor was Rebecca Taylor and was white, and if Kenneth Walker were white his tune would be different. People like Charlie Kirk always twist themselves into pretzels to justify black and brown victims of police brutality and misconduct, and turn it around on the victim. He's not questioning the shoddy police work, the blank incident reports, them letting her bleed out on the floor.

and they wanted her ex boyfriend to testify that all this was true so he could get a lighter sentence. He refused to lie. The corruption is disturbing and I hate that half this country (well, the conservatives in this country) are defending it just so the team they chose wins. They chose cops no matter what so theyd rather see a minority die everyday at their hands than admit that sometimes the cops fuck up. Its such a stupid way to live.

i hate Charlie Kirk and find him unconvincing most of the time but after watching this video I found him convincing. I dont know the facts of the case other than her parents winning a 12m civil judgement against the cops. Can anyone that watched the video dispute his facts?

• police said they knocked for a no knock raid
• Walker, the man who legally defended his home, was not a criminal or a drug dealer. it was the ex who had a criminal past
• Walker had a license for his gun, including a concealed carry, not something criminals would do
• police had already investigated the dead body in the rental car from 2016 and they said themselves that Breonna Taylor had no knowledge of the murder or how Glover (the ex) used it
• police claim a postal inspector told them about a suspicious package, but the postal inspector has no record of that
• the judge that signed off on the warrant took 12 minutes to review 5 warrants
• the warrant used for Breonna Taylor had the exact same language as the other 4, no particular information on why they thought Breonna was a threat
• charges dropped for firing at officers. why? seems suspicious
• ambulance on standby was told to leave the scene before the raid took place, then took 20 minutes to receive medical attention
• police altered times on their reports
