Biden Trump Who will be given a victory by SCOTUS if Biden wins by a landslide? - Results (26 votes) Biden 57.69% (15 votes) 15 Trump 42.31% (11 votes) 11 Even though the SCOTUS is riddled with conservatives, I can't imagine them giving the presidency to Trump if Biden does win the EC by a landslide.
