Small one. Have a banana tree in it as well. There is also a large playground and park about 20 meters from our door. It's a gated community.

My wife doesn't trust having people we don't know live there. Luckily our mortgage isn't huge (about $800cdn/month) but still sucks paying that out for it to sit empty.

China is out of the question. Likely receive an exit ban and face jail if I did.

Thailand's economy is fucked and we don't make enough there to pay for our daughter to go to a good school.

It's worth about 5 million baht (around $160,000usd).
