From a pragmatic standpoint, if both sides really did hit her, does the actually fatal wound matter as much? And from a technical standpoint, she was still alive after being shot and the delay in medical treatment -- while the cops waited for Walker to surrender -- may have been a factor in her death, although the ME suggests that it didn't matter at that point. Either way, I can't seem to find a source that explicitly mentions whose bullets actually hit her although, if you have people firing on both sides, it's more a matter of chance than anything. Uh, what? iirc, the bodycam wasn't from the three officers, but instead the additional officers who arrived at the scene. It's not like their cameras just went on. Does this just apply to the media/politicians or something? Does he think he has the power to do either of those scenarios? I'm just genuinely confused on multiple levels htf this guy thinks this is going to play out. What kind of a lawyer thinks this is at all a good idea? Please tell me this is fake. I can't...
