It came out way too late (like what, 8 years after the last season) and was way too little

Started off great but the fact that the entire season was about the prince dude and the horribly annoying bug and such was... not a good idea.

I found some of the liberal pandering kind of annoying tbh. Mostly because they half-assed it. Halo wears a hijab, but they don't have to do anything with her religion because she's not Muslim. She says she's gender neutral, but they don't bother giving her neutral pronouns or referencing it more than once. Despite her relationship with a dude being a major part of the storyline, she kisses a woman and that doesn't have any major implications on her relationship.

And trying to turn Lex Luthor into Trump was astronomically dumb.

I did like the season overall though.

Huh I never saw it that way, I was too upset at the terrible set of new characters who are the absolute worst and take focus away from the main cast of season 1.

Also remember when all the promotion for season 3 featured characters that weren't even in the season, or were just cameo non speaking roles? And how nothing much was done with the teasing of Batman Incorporated thing?

I liked the new characters tbh. It's not like I wasn't expecting it since S2 also didn't have much to do with the main cast of S1.

Also yeah I don't get why Halo feels the need for the hijab considering what we later learn. And I feel like the whole qurac and middle eastern thing is kinda played out, I mean is it even still topical like it was 10 years ago.

It didn't really have a Middle Eastern thing tho. What it had was refugees fleeing into Qurac which was most definitely a thing that was happening when it was released.

I didn't know there was a third season! I remember watching the first two seasons...what...5 years ago? I liked season 1 more than season 2, but enjoyed both of them over-all.
