Like Battlefield.

If I have to go up against some dude who has 40x as many hours into a game, I'm already at a disadvantage. But then because that person has played the game so much more, he has all the upgrades unlocked on the guns so it's even easier to aim and kill. What the hell?

I'm not saying I want it the other way. Just make it even.
