An ACA replacement was one of Trump's campaign promises. And while people associate the ACA with Obama because it was his signature promise, keep in mind that Biden was as instrumental as getting it passed.

Even if Trump has a proposal when does he plan on doing something about it? When he had both the senate and house? No, he didn't strike then. When he had the senate by itself? No, he didn't strike then. Now, when we're a month away from an election he has a very strong chance of losing? No....
