Do you support the prison sentence of his mohawk hooligan?

He was convicted of 2 counts of Failure to Comply with an Emergency Order on Friday and he will serve his prison sentence at the Charles County Detention Centre and upon release will be supervised for 3 YEARS!! He was initially charged after police responded to his home on 2 separate occasions. On March 22, officers were reported of a large party at his home just as Republican Govenor, Larry Hogan's had a state of emergency and large gathering order They found 50 people at his residence as he was argumentative on the ban of a big party..they then agreed to disband. Hogan's large gathering ban of more than 50 people during the pandemic was ordered and at the time, stay at home orders had just begun But 5 days later, he RETURNED with a LARGE gathering, this time DOUBLE the size of 100 as Police came back and told the people to disband but this time he fought back and told his guests to STAY in defiance and demanded they continue to party and not listen to the orders because of their "freedom" Hogan addressed the arrest and lambasted the man for ignoring social distancing as he said "Let me repeat: If you are engaged in this kind of activity, you are breaking the law, and you are endangering the lives of your fellow Marylanders" Nearly 4000 Marylanders have died and 123,000 have been infected as Phase 3 of the reopening occured earlier this month. While giving him a year in prison is absolutely fucking insane, he had already had the cops on him once.

He was given a clear warning about the dangers of his actions that he chose to openly defy? Fair, next. This would be unreasonable if he got arrested after a first offense, especially back in March before any precedent had been set, but he had plenty of opportunity to learn from his mistake and instead chose to throw a tantrum. Now he gets a time out like the petulant toddler he is.

Plus if they're worried about him being involved in large social gatherings, putting him in prison seems like they're going the opposite direction.
